Bachelor of education aims at developing the understanding and competencies required by teachers for effective teaching - learning process at the primary/secondary/higher education stage. The programme also provides opportunities of sharing expressions gained by practicing teachers. In addition it provides knowledge and develops in them an understanding of areas such as educational evaluation, school management etc.

Intake
The College has a maximum intake of 100 students for the course.both B.ED. and B.T.C Courses

Duration
The course is divided into 04 semesters of six months each. Thus the duration of the course in two years.

Medium of Instructions
The medium of instructions primarily remains Hindi with selective instructions being imparted through English Medium.

Eligibility
The admission to the course will strictly be based on the written examination conducted by Govt. of UP. The final admission to the course shall be subject to the rank in the merit list and production of proof of their eligibility alongwith original certificates and course fee.

Course Fee
As laid down by NCTE and Govt of UP.

Course Structure
The Degree course is essentially a judicious mix of theory and practical courses to develop knowledge, skills and attitude in practicing teachers. Illustrations and cases of relevant situations and activities comprise the core of course. These are suitably supported by theoretical aspects to the extent needed.

Eligibility

The minimum qualification for admission to the B.El.Ed.shall be a pass in the 10+2 Senior Secondary Examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
